What is your returns policy? Please visit our Terms and Conditions page here.
How quickly do you respond to email queries? We respond to email messages within 24 hours. If you have not received an acknowledgment within 18 hours and/or a response within 24 hours then please contact us again. Do you combine shipping? Please contact us in advance of making an offer with all of the items that you are interested in and we will always provide you with a combined shipping quote.
Are your items new or used? Most of out ceramics, collectables and, (of course), antiques are by their very nature used. We state where items are brand new such as our toys, most of our jewellery and so on. If you are in any doubt, please email us.
Do you take offers? We always consider sensible offers, but please be aware that there may be a delay in responding to your offer if we have to consult our Client. Please email us with details of the item(s) you are interested in and your offer(s).
Do you buy? We do not buy from the general public unless fulfilling a Customer requirement. Please feel free to browse our database of items that our Customers are actively looking for here. We do, however, sell on behalf of many Clients. Should you have a large collection of reasonably high value items and are in a position to get them to us in South Cheshire, UK, we may be able to help. Do you provide free valuations or other research? Regrettably, due to the overwhelming number of emails that we receive every day, we now decline to offer unpaid valuation and research services. We have a limited identification and valuation service available here.
Why do you not quote firm postage costs on all of your listings? We ship all over the World and delivery costs vary widely to each country that we are happy to ship to, particularly for large and/or heavy consignments. Because of this, we ask that potential buyers contact us prior to placing a bid so that we can agree sales prior to the Big Click! We charge our postage at our actual cost.
