we want our Customers to be
thoroughly delighted with every
aspect of their dealings with us.
Things occasionally go wrong
however, so here is how we look
after you if they do.

at the earliest opportunity so that
we can begin to resolve any issues
immediately. Telephone, email or

Delivery
We
aim to ship same or next working day,
(Monday to Friday excluding public
holidays, 10am to 6pm GMT), after
the receipt of cleared funds, but in
any event we will ship within five
working days of the receipt of
cleared funds.
You
may have been offered different
shipping service options for your
purchase. Some of these services
offer a guaranteed, (or your money
back), service level whilst others
may offer no compensation for damage
but will for loss. If you have
chosen a risky (but cheap) delivery
option, we will still have obtained
a Proof of Posting receipt from
Royal Mail so you will be covered
for loss. It is always advisable to
take out damage cover where it is
available in our listings. Please
email us for a full list of our
shipping options.
Please note that we usually post our
smaller items out by Royal Mail
Recorded Signed For service. If you
are not in when they attempt
delivery, they will leave a card
with the address and telephone
number of your local delivery
office. This will be held for a
period of seven days only after
which it will eventually come back
to us. Should this happen, then we
will require payment of a redelivery
charge prior to sending the item(s)
back out to you. We accept all major
debit and credit cards over the
telephone for payment of this
charge.
Cancellations
Please contact us at your earliest
opportunity should you wish to
cancel your order. Since we aim to
ship same or next working day your purchase
may already have been despatched.
Please see
our returns policy
below for further details. Should
your item not have shipped, then the
transaction will be cancelled, any
funds received from you will be
refunded and no further charges will
be made.
Returns
Please contact us within five days
of receipt if you have any issues or
concerns with your item.
If
we have not listed the item
correctly, (for instance if we
missed damage to an item, gave an
incorrect part number or ascribed an
inaccurate date), then we will
refund you in full for your initial
purchase price, delivery cost and
your return postage to us.
If
the item has been damaged in
transit, we may ask you to send us
photographic or digital images of
the damage, to describe this damage
in a letter to us and to store the
goods whilst we progress a claim
with the carrier. Reasonable costs
on your part will be added to our
claim against the carrier assuming
appropriate insurance has been taken
out.
We
do not accept body jewellery,
(earrings, navel bars and so on),
for return unless they are found to
be faulty on arrival.
If
you are unhappy with your purchase
in any other way, we will accept it
back in the same condition that it
was despatched to you, but may - at
our discretion -
deduct a £5.00 Five Pound or 15%
restocking and handling fee,
(whichever is the greater), before
refunding the balance. In this case,
all shipping costs will be deducted
prior to a refund being effected.
Refunds will, where possible, be
made in the same manner that the
initial purchase was conducted. For
instance, credit or debit card
purchases will be refunded to the
card that was used for the
transaction, direct bank transfers
will be refunded to the paying
account, cheques will be refunded by
cheque and cash or postal order
transactions will be refunded by
cheque.

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted by credit or
debit card, (telephone 01270 767158
or +44 1270 767158 if outside the
UK), cheque in Sterling, (minimum
amount for payment by cheque is
£15), Sterling postal orders, (make
out to iAuctionShop Ltd), PayPal, and direct
bank transfers by prior arrangement
only, especially if you are from
Germany as additional charges may
apply.
