We provide a firm quote prior to commencing any translation, but as an indication, for a personal or uncomplicated business document, we charge the rate of 10 pence per English word or Japanese character with discounts for very long documents. Our minimum charge is £25, (250 words/characters).
We invoice in GBP Sterling and can accept credit card payments through our secure gateway on www.iauctionshop.co.uk, card payments over the telephone or payment against our VAT invoice by cheque or postal order.
A short 250 word document is usually turned round in 24 to 48 hours.
